Today, everyone, was a mostly good and somewhat bad. 
Work had a huge a emergency situation that was resolved but it took a lot of time to clean it up.  My tension was raised a bit.  But I was waiting to be able to work, I took some time to relax and read some interesting articles. I want to improve my mind 
Then I was super busy in the afternoon.  Catching up on things. The tension was still raised Yabai! 
But dinner was delicious as always with my lovely cousins and nieces. Time spent with them is something I cherish  My energy is renewed when I am with them I am completely refreshed.  Plus, it amused me to know that my eldest cousin loves Kame and her daughter loves Jaejoong. I feel very at home since jemz-mama and I discuss music and dramas all the time.  
Just need a good night's rest and I will be completely energized Soon, I will be able to tackle everything I need to do before flying to Japan on Thursday!
AH! I FORGOT! Must do something right away
But I am glad I remembered what I forgot to do earlier. I will work hard until my vacation

I lost my Emerson ID on Monday. Stalled on telling Public Safety till today lest it be found, and I went there this afternoon pretty hopeless, ready to surrender 25 fucking dollars more to this college, and as I'm filling out the form, the officer remembered a package he received from Emerson's post office twenty minutes prior, and lo, it was my ID. Someone dropped it in the Emerson mailbox (wtf, the EMERSON MAILBOX? Am I to assume that somewhere on campus there is a giant general bin of mail into which one can wantonly toss letters with no regard for any detailed address info?) with no envelope (??) I have no idea how it got there, I had assumed I lost it on the MBTA as I'd had it in the morning before work, and it was missing when I checked for it outside the door of Ansin building. In any case that was incredibly lucky. It made me feel as if some awesome universal force was shining down on me in that moment.
In other news, my computer is still acting fairly to moderately retarded, and I've broached the idea of getting a new one to mom. She hasn't flipped out (good sign, I always consider this a good sign). I have one tentatively picked out (Cyberpower Xplorer X5-4850, with a few customizations) but I can't find very much in the way of external reviews about their products, so I'm slightly wary. In any case I have to make about 500 dollars by selling shit before I can buy it, and the other 500 will be charged (this laptop should be around 998-1100 dollars). It's by far the most affordable gaming laptop I've seen and I'm very content with the specs on it. Also, it's tempting to get it in a diff color except that it's ANOTHER 164 DOLLARS to do so. Approximately here are the specs I'll be getting:
Intel Core Duo 2.4ghz 64 bit processor
120 GB 7200RPM SATA hard drive
Nvidia GeForce GO 8600M-GT 512MB Video
2 GB RAM (4 max)
I figure that should satisfy me for a long time. I don't do much in the way of gaming but it will be nice to play games made after the year 2006 (since that is PRETTY MUCH where things go wrong on my laptop).
Now to make that money... |

It's been a while since I was here...I was internetless for a long while...So anyways, I'm Sephira {not my real name, but it's what I go by on the net}, I am 30 and totally an anime/manga freak...It keeps me calm {I have sevre mood swings}...I have a job and I hate it, but then again who doesn't huh? I'm trying to rememebr off the top of my head...So, you know I am totally obessed with Vampire Knight....

A.N. This is only tenuously a Silent Hill fic, and there’s nothing horrific or supernatural in it. Frank Sunderland presumably had a wife but we don’t know anything at all about her, including her name. And we don’t know all that much about Frank either. But because I write lots of Frank fic and RP him at Chaos Unleashed on Insane Journal, I have a boatload of fanon for him. So here’s the story of how he met his wife, formerly told in much shorter form to L from Death Note. I'm not sure I'll even cross-post it to ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif) sh_het even though it is a Silent Hill-related fic. It is however cross-posted to my unused Insane Journal so I can link the rp folks.

For once, I present a public post. OH NOES.
Tomorrow is the big pool party, and I'm not baking anything. Or, at least, I'm not making cupcakes; they're too time consuming and I probably won't be using my kitchen so I won't have access to my Kitchen Aid mixer and my other lovely kitchen appliances.
Kinda thinking about making the black and white blondies from My Sweet Vegan, but the faggots (I'm thinking of two in particular) that don't like chocolate will bawww like crazy. Maybe the cheesecake thumbprint cookies? As anyone that goes to my food porn blog knows, cupcakes are sort of what I'm known for, I don't do a lot of the other stuff. Hm... maybe the lemon bars, if I don't semi-burn the shortbread again? I need to think...

In other news, the Strattera I've been on for the last month and a half is working nicely. I dunno if it's touched my ADD, but I've lost a ton of weight and it's seemed to keep my depression under control, along with a couple of nice side effects.
